WSGE is a Carolina Beach Music Awards Hall of Fame inductee (2024). The station was named the FM Station Of The Year for 2011, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2023 by the Carolina Beach Music Awards. The station also received an Appreciation Award in 2009.
You can hear this great Carolina musical tradition on the following days and times:
- Friday, 6:00 p.m. – midnight
- Saturday, midnight – 7:00 p.m.
- Sunday, 12 p.m. – midnight
Beach Event Submission Guidelines
Effective immediately, the Beach Music Calendar has been discontinued. Nonprofit organizations wishing to have an event announced on the station must provide all pertinent information two weeks in advance on the PSA Submission form. For more information, please call 704-922-2251.
